Oryzalose® (Low-molecular-weight rice bran Arabinoxylan)

This is an arabinoxylan (hemicellulose) derivative made by fermenting ancient rice (purple rice). It has a complex sugar chain structure composed of galactose, arabinose, xylose and others. The molecular weight was reduced successfully without destroying its structure.
